Request Replacement Caps

We have identified an issue with caps sometimes splitting on some of our paint tubes. This problem stems from a faulty batch provided by a manufacturer that, as a result, we now no longer use.

If you have experienced this issue, we kindly ask you to complete the form below. Please provide your email address and upload images of the affected paint tubes. It is essential that the images clearly show the metal fold at the back of the tube so we can see the numbers pressed into the fold.

To prevent your paint from drying out, we recommend placing some plastic wrap on the neck of the tube.
