Over four decades of listening to artists, formulating by hand, and remaining uncompromising in quality has led to the creation of the Miracle Medium Range - a system of five purpose-designed oil painting mediums, each developed to support a particular technique or painterly approach.
Made to the highest archival standards and entirely free from unnecessary additives, these mediums are crafted to enhance the artist's process without intrusion - allowing for greater control, clarity, and expression. Derived from renewable vegetable sources, the Miracle Medium™ range is odourless, solvent-free, and designed to provide a safer, cleaner studio environment. The plant-based formulations ensure not only environmental sustainability, but also peace of mind for those who share their workspace with others.

Miracle Medium MM0 is intended to be mixed with oil colour at approximately 5–10%, as required.
Do not apply MM0 directly onto Michael Harding NAAP or other acrylic primer/paint surfaces as a separate coating or layer.
NAAP and other acrylic grounds use a fundamentally different binder system from oil paint. Applying MM0 directly to an acrylic surface may affect drying, adhesion or the behaviour of subsequent paint layers.
- Allow NAAP or an acrylic ground to dry fully before painting.
- Apply oil colour over the prepared ground.
- Add MM0 to the oil colour only, at approximately 5–10%.
- Avoid excessive additions of medium, as MM0 can extend drying time.
MM0 is a painting medium for use within the oil-paint layer; it is not a primer, isolating layer or coating for acrylic grounds.
